Accurate Registration Information
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your kv999 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any payment details requested. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and permanent exclusion from the platform.
Account Registration and Verification
When you register a kv999 account, you accept the following obligations in full. These obligations exist to protect the integrity of the platform and to safeguard all registered players.
- You must provide your real name as it appears on your national ID or passport. kv999 may at any time request identity documents to verify this information before processing a withdrawal.
- The mobile number registered to your account must belong to you and must match the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet used for deposits and withdrawals. Using another person's mobile payment account is a breach of these Terms.

- kv999 reserves the right to request additional KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation at any time, particularly before processing large withdrawals or in response to unusual account activity. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
- You may close your kv999 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard identity verification procedures being completed first.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
kv999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of payment methods approved for use in Bangladesh. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform.
Clause 3.1
Minimum Deposit and Accepted Methods
The minimum deposit on kv999 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. kv999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from an unverified or third-party payment source may be returned or held pending verification.
Clause 3.2
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. kv999 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly. Before a withdrawal is processed for the first time, kv999 may require identity verification documents. Withdrawal amounts will be paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
Clause 3.3
Currency and Fees
All transactions on kv999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). kv999 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Mobile money service providers may apply their own standard transaction fees independently of kv999. Any applicable fees charged by payment providers are the responsibility of the account holder.
Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms
kv999 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotional campaigns to registered players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following terms.
- Each bonus offer carries its own specific wagering requirement (rollover) which must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement and eligible games for each offer are clearly stated at the time the offer is presented to the player.
- Bonuses are credited to your kv999 account only after the qualifying deposit has been confirmed and credited. kv999 reserves the right to withhold a bonus if the deposit was made via a payment method not eligible for that specific promotion.
- Each bonus offer is available once per household, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms. Any attempt to claim the same promotional offer multiple times constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
- Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of crediting. If the wagering requirement is not met within the expiry period, both the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be removed from your account automatically without notice.
- kv999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Existing players who have already opted into a promotion will have their bonus terms honoured under the conditions that were active at the time of opt-in.
Conduct That Is Strictly Prohibited on kv999
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kv999 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kv999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct and to void all associated winnings and balances.
Clause 5.1
Fraud and Collusion
Any attempt to defraud kv999 or other players — including but not limited to the use of bots, automated betting systems, collusion between multiple accounts, chip dumping in live games, or exploitation of software errors — is strictly prohibited. Where evidence of fraud is found, kv999 will void all winnings, close the account immediately, and may report the activity to relevant authorities.
Clause 5.2
Money Laundering
kv999 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards money laundering. The platform must not be used for the purposes of transferring, concealing, or legitimising funds derived from illegal activities. kv999 actively monitors transactions and cooperates fully with any regulatory or law enforcement inquiries relating to suspected money laundering. Accounts suspected of money laundering activity will be suspended immediately and balances frozen pending investigation.
Clause 5.3
Bonus Abuse
Exploiting bonus offers through systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion repeatedly, or using another person's account to claim a promotion you are not eligible for — all constitute bonus abuse. kv999 uses automated and manual review processes to identify bonus abuse and will act accordingly under these Terms.
Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
kv999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All players have access to the following responsible gaming tools from within their account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit), session time-out (a temporary break from play for a period of your choosing), and self-exclusion (a voluntary suspension of your account for a minimum period). - kv999 is not responsible for any tax obligations that may arise in connection with your winnings. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether any winnings are subject to tax under the laws of your jurisdiction and to pay any applicable taxes accordingly.
- Game outcomes on kv999 are produced by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems provided by the relevant game suppliers. kv999 is not liable for any technical errors occurring within a game supplier's system that affect a game outcome, beyond using commercially reasonable efforts to obtain a remedy from the supplier on your behalf.
Amendments to These Terms & Conditions
kv999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kv999 will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of kv999 following the posting of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
If you disagree with any updated Terms, you must stop using kv999 immediately and contact support to close your account. kv999 will not be liable to any player for any amendment made to these Terms provided that the updated Terms have been posted on the platform and the player has had a reasonable opportunity to review them.
